This room has by default U-shape setup for 12 - 14 people, ensuring a conducive environment for your event or presentation. If you wish to deviate from the standard, please book 48 hours in advance and complete the request form via this link.

If you require the full auditorium, please submit a request via the following the link as well.

The meeting rooms C - 4 and C - 5 can be combined as a full auditorium with up to 50 people (theatre style).

Lunch can be conveniently added when booking the meeting room.
