This room has by default U-shape setup for 20 people, ensuring a conducive environment for your event or presentation. If you wish to deviate from the standard, please book 48 hours in advance and complete the request form via this link.

The meeting rooms E - 4 and E - 5 can be combined as a full auditorium with up to 100 people (theatre style). If you require the full auditorium, please submit a request via the following the link as well.

Lunch can be conveniently added when booking the meeting room.
